Our Programs and Services
Healthy Smart Homes is committed to wealth equity by assisting individuals become homeowners, stemming or preventing the transference of wealth by providing programs and services that support Equitable Economic and Health Mobility (EEHM) through: 1) financial grants, education, 2) increasing property valuation for individuals and families, 3) health equity case management that is align with the social determinants of health, and 4) collaborate with other non-profits, foundations, government agencies, etc. to assist individuals and families disproportionately impacted by historic and present day “isms”, to obtain housing to live their dream of owning a home and transferring that home to future generations.
Coming Soon: Upcoming Financial Grant Assistance
Up to twelve (12) months of mortgage or rental payments paid directly to lenders and landlords at no cost to recipients. Savings on a monthly basis are required.

HUD-Certified Housing Counseling and First-Time Homebuyers Training and Certificate through our partner - The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle (ULMS)
Work with The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle (ULMS) our partner to receive HUD-Certified Housing Counseling and First-Time Homebuyers Services to assist individuals and families in purchasing a home. Click on the link to register for classes and assistance.

Tips on Environmentally Safe Homes - TBD (Summer 2025)
Come learn how to identify household goods that are environmentally safe for your home. This class will assist you in understanding the impact of toxic homes on you and your love ones.

Grants can be made throughout the United States. We have volunteer Board Members and/or staff in CA, GA, MA, MI and WA. All donations collected within a state, remain in that state to serve that community, unless otherwise specified by the donor.
